Nicole Caputo is UCHealth\u2019s Vice President of Experience and Innovation. She is responsible for leading problem solving and technology strategies that connect patients and employees. She serves as a liaison to the UCHealth CARE Innovation Center as a patient experience subject matter expert.<\/p>\n
Caputo received her master\u2019s degree in health communication from Colorado State University. As a graduate student, she focused on how people process multimedia narrative and its impact on behavior. Her studies propelled a career path focused on the power of storytelling and human connections. Earlier, she earned a bachelor\u2019s degree in mass communication from Winona (Minnesota) State University.<\/p>\n
Ms. Caputo has worked for UCHealth for nearly 15 years. Her career path included roles in communication, development, service line marketing strategy and digital marketing strategy.<\/p>\n
