Fluoroscopy is available within the clinic for those procedures that require the use of x-ray, and our state-of-the-art ultrasound machines are used for complex joint injections and nerve blocks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All procedures are done by our physicians, who are board-certified in anesthesia as well as pain management, and patients have complete cardiovascular monitoring during procedures. You will receive a local anesthetic\/numbing medication mixed with a steroid. Steroids are helpful in reducing inflammation and swelling to help reduce pain.
