Our Pulmonary Rehabilitation program assists individuals who have lung disease. The goal of the outpatient program, is to educate and motivate individuals to achieve an optimal level of health and fitness through exercise and education. The program involves three sessions per week over a span of 12 weeks. The Pulmonary Rehabilitation<\/a> team works with each patient\u2019s primary care physician throughout the program.<\/p>\n
