Our\u00a0Cardiac Rehabilitation program assists individuals who have experienced a cardiac event such as a heart attack<\/a> or cardiac surgery. The goal of the outpatient program, which\u00a0is nationally certified by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, is to educate and motivate individuals to achieve an optimal level of health and fitness through exercise and education.<\/p>\n
