Your medical team will write an order and a palliative care team member will then meet with you and your family to explore ways we may be able to assist.<\/p>\n<p>To learn more about our palliative care program, please call us. <\/div>\n<h2>An extra layer of support<\/h2>\n<p>Palliative care is specialized medical care that focuses on providing support, decreasing stress, and relieving symptoms for people with serious or chronic illness. We provide an extra layer of support not only for medical issues, but also for social and psychological impacts of serious disease.<\/p>\n<p>Palliative care can be provided at any stage of an illness. Our services can be provided alongside with medical treatment for your disease.
