Rendering courtesy of Boulder Associates Architects.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><a id=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.uchealth.org\/locations\/uchealth-yampa-valley-medical-center\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UCHealth Yampa Valley Medical Center<\/a> will soon begin construction on a new clinic space that will relocate five of its advanced specialty clinics into the same location.<\/p>\n<p>The new 7,500-square-foot multispecialty clinic will be located in the hospital\u2019s Outpatient Pavilion, located at 1100 Central Park Drive. It will offer 15 exam rooms and two procedure rooms, and will occupy the area under the existing <a id=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.uchealth.org\/locations\/uchealth-jan-bishop-cancer-center-steamboat-springs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UCHealth Jan Bishop Cancer Center<\/a>. Moves will be staggered to allow for transition time, and patients will receive updates prior to their appointments.<\/p>\n<p>YVMC is working with <a id=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.boulderassociates.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Boulder Associates Architects<\/a> for the design of the clinic, with <a id=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.saundersinc.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Saunders Construction, Inc.<\/a> chosen as the general contractor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UCHealth Yampa Valley Medical Center will soon begin construction on a new clinic space that will relocate five of its advanced specialty clinics into the same location.
