Deje los tallos intactos.<\/p>\n<p>4 onzas de carne molida de pavo<\/p>\n<p>2 cucharadas de cebolla picada<\/p>\n<p>1 cucharadita de chile jalape\u00f1o picado<\/p>\n<p>1 cucharadita de ajo picado<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 cucharadita de comino<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 taza de queso Neufchatel ablandado<\/p>\n<p>2 cucharadas de queso Pepper Jack rallado<\/p>\n<p>Sal y pimienta al gusto<\/p>\n<p>Aceite de oliva para cubrir el fondo de una sart\u00e9n<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Precaliente el horno a 200 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Coloque una hoja de papel vegetal sobre una bandeja para hornear.<\/p>\n<p>Con una cuchara peque\u00f1a o el pulgar, retire las semillas de los pimientos.<\/p>\n<p>Col\u00f3quelos con la piel hacia arriba y exti\u00e9ndelos sobre la bandeja. Hornee durante ocho minutos para que se ablanden. Mientras tanto, caliente una sart\u00e9n mediana. Agregue suficiente aceite de oliva para cubrir el fondo de la sart\u00e9n. A\u00f1ada la carne molida de pavo. Deje que empiece a dorarse antes de revolver. Reduzca el fuego y agregue la cebolla.
