Es una bebida tradicional mexicana de frutas que se remonta a la \u00e9poca azteca. Est\u00e1 repleta de ingredientes frescos y naturales que han sido fundamentales en la cultura culinaria mexicana durante generaciones.<\/p>\n<p>A Gemma Aguayo-Murphy le encanta preparar la versi\u00f3n familiar de esta popular bebida: agua fresca de pi\u00f1a. Gemma comparte recetas en <a href=\"https:\/\/everydaylatina.com\/\">Everyday Latina,<\/a> una plataforma digital donde se centra en versiones saludables de comidas y bebidas cl\u00e1sicas mexicanas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDe peque\u00f1a, mi mam\u00e1 sol\u00eda preparar aguas frescas con fruta fresca y madura. Las aguas frescas son bebidas tradicionales mexicanas que se preparan mezclando fruta con agua, a veces ligeramente endulzadas, para crear una bebida refrescante y ligera\u201d, dijo Gemma.<\/p>\n<p>Ella describe las aguas frescas como un cl\u00e1sico en las mesas familiares y una excelente manera de disfrutar de la fruta de temporada.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEsta agua fresca de pi\u00f1a me trae recuerdos de esos momentos. Est\u00e1 hecha con solo dos ingredientes: pi\u00f1a madura y agua. Es naturalmente dulce y muy f\u00e1cil de preparar. Ahora, me encanta prepararla para mis hijos como una opci\u00f3n saludable y casera, perfecta para la vuelta al colegio\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La bebida es saludable e hidratante, ya que el \u00fanico ingrediente, aparte del agua, es pi\u00f1a fresca.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa pi\u00f1a es una excelente fuente de vitamina C, que fortalece el sistema inmunitario, y de manganeso, esencial para la salud \u00f3sea y la producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda\u201d. Como se mezcla fresca y se sirve cruda, conserva sus vitaminas, fibra y enzimas como la bromelina, conocida por facilitar la digesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;La pi\u00f1a madura le da a la bebida un dulzor perfecto, as\u00ed que suelo omitir cualquier edulcorante a\u00f1adido, lo que la hace a\u00fan m\u00e1s ligera y saludable, aunque usted puede a\u00f1adir un poco si as\u00ed lo prefiere&#8221;, dijo Gemma.<\/p>\n<p>La receta de agua fresca de pi\u00f1a es una opci\u00f3n fant\u00e1stica para quienes prefieren bebidas naturales, sin colorantes ni saborizantes artificiales.
