As a community, we could not say thank you enough. Obviously we should be saying it in practicing social distancing and wearing masks, but it seems humanity is struggling with that right now. Regardless, please know, that there are many of us out here who understand and appreciate the magnitude of what you are doing. We see your tired faces at a gas pump, in wrinkled scrubs and blank stares. We see you taking a much needed short walk around the neighborhood, perhaps walking your ever patient dog, who has missed you so much since you have had to work so many extended hours. We see you at the grocery store, maybe with a carton of milk or eggs, again, exhausted and defeated looking. But please also know that we see you as our hero’s, as the very fabric holding what small chance we have of getting through this as a society together. You have chosen a career that is founded in selflessness and it is being tested right now. To hold the hand of someone as they pass on because their family could not be there to do so is an act of kindness and compassion. It is not just a job and we SEE you. You are our mothers, fathers, our sisters, brothers, uncles and aunts grandmothers and grandfathers, our children and your sacrifices mean something. They mean everything. As hard as this moment is, it, as all things in life, is temporary. Yes, we are on the brink, as a community and as a civilization, but we are also resilient, and you exemplify the core of human decency. This too shall pass. Maybe not anytime soon, but it will pass and your actions and compassion now will not be forgotten. Thank you, and hold that hope like a lantern as you navigate this dark time, for we see you, and are guided by your light.

Thank you! Huge THANKS to the medical professionals who care for me on Nov. 19th. Each person I came in contact with that day was extremely kind, professional and caring. I was so pleased with the care I received. You’re all heroes in my eyes.

While I, and my family, have been blessed not to have Covid-19 personally, we have been cared for by many medical professionals during this time.

I have received physical therapy and other care from great doctors and nurses and my husband also received great care in a time of need and great pain. I think of you and front line workers all putting yourselves out there every time you go to work , to help others. Thank you! With the recent surge it must be mentally and physically exhausting (and prior to now as well). I hope there is hope on the horizon soon and I thank you and your families that support you for all you have done and will do! I am grateful there are people in the world willing to do what you do. I am grateful for your dedication, kindness, and service! Have a Happy Thanksgiving and thank you for living what life is really all about - loving and caring for each other and for the reminder of what humanity is all about! We pray for you and your families as well as those who are sick. Thank you!

Durante mi hospitalización en el Hospital UCHealth Longs Peak por Covid-19, mi esposa falleció en otra instalación y recibí la atención y el tratamiento médico más amorosos de los médicos, enfermeras y otros

I want to say thank you so much. I am a dental hygienist and every day I am tired from PPE, I am tired of people telling me it’s fake and I’m scared. This is nothing compared to the exhaustive work you are doing. I want you to know that there are a bunch of people out there who can sympathize (just a little), who are scared for you (even though we don’t know you) and who pray that you don’t quit because you have every right to but know you don’t because of your dedication to the health of others. Please practice some self care. You have my word that my family and I will continue to be staying home, wearing masks and washing hands because it benefits us all. Thanks again!

I am so thankful for the work you do every single day, despite the dip in morale, despite the exhaustion, despite the fear of contracting covid, despite the people who don’t understand. I am so thankful for you and will do everything I possibly can to stop the spread of covid-19.

I can’t thank you enough for all you do, not only in years past, but currently; during this pandemic. I know that going to work daily puts yourselves at risk, but also your precious family and close friends. I am sure that when you receive the vaccine, you can tick one stressor of your list. Hopefully, most will get it and things can return to a manageable work environment.
