I strive to help patients by emphasizing in the importance of not only navigating current life situations, but also in the importance of prevention and mental health maintenance. I am a clinical psychologist specialized in the area of behavioral medicine and integrated behavioral health by helping patients navigate life stressors, and physical and mental health conditions (including grief, chronic pain, mood, substance use and neurodevelopmental disorders).
