My approach is fundamentally patient-centered, which means I treat the person, not just the disease process. I believe in a collaborative care model, especially in the intensive care unit where multiple specialist are involved. I ensure coordination with the full team; from the intensivist to case management, ensuring no gaps in care. Acknowledging the psychological impact of illness is a critical part of my care. Seeing patients’ during their most vulnerable time is vital that I incorporate the mind-body connection. Effective communication is the cornerstone of building a strong and trusting relationship with my patients. I am excited to bring this collaborative, patient-centered approach to this role. By focusing on mutual respect and open communication, I am confident that I can deliver high-quality care.

When I’m not working, I’m always outdoors. I enjoy hiking the highest peaks in the US, skiing, olympic style lifting and riding my bike. I also enjoy fun adventures with my niece and nephew. I love walking and playing with my precious labradoodle, Lily.
