Working at UCHealth allows me to be part of a large cardiovascular team with multiple sub-specialists to provide cutting edge care, participate in clinical research, and take a collaborative approach to ensure complete care and good outcomes for our patients. Why I got into the profession? Heart disease has always fascinated me, and clinical cardiac electrophysiology (the care for patients with abnormal heart rhythms) is a dynamic field that is advancing rapidly. Most importantly, practicing electrophysiology means having an opportunity to help patients live better. Using a both medications and catheter- and device-based technologies, we can now confidently make arrhythmia patients feel better, and in some cases we can cure them of their arrhythmias. Hobbies: Glass blowing, skiing, cycling, running. Family/Volunteer information: I am new to Northern Colorado and look forward to getting more involved in community and charitable efforts.
