Clinical interests include pediatric care beginning in the newborn period, preventative health, chronic disease management and inclusive care for LGBTQ+ individuals. Believes in meeting patients where they are, honoring their lived experiences and working collaboratively to support their health goals at every stage of life.
Approaches care with education, accessibility and compassion at the forefront—ensuring that patients feel empowered and informed in every interaction. Whether managing a chronic condition or discussing wellness goals, strives to create a safe, welcoming and affirming environment where each patient feels genuinely heard and respected.
Beyond clinical practice, serves as a dedicated educator and mentor. Precepts nurse practitioner students and partners with academic institutions as a clinical site visitor and guest lecturer. Passionate about training the next generation of healthcare providers, believing that thoughtful mentorship is key to advancing evidence-based, inclusive care.
When not in the clinic, enjoys rural life on a small hobby farm alongside a supportive spouse and a lively cast of animals—including horses, a donkey, chickens, a dog, and a cat (don’t forget to ask their names when you come in!). Also proudly serves on the Board of Directors for a nonprofit rodeo association, where he has volunteered for over 15 years working chute and arena crews to support inclusive community events.
