I strive to provide an individualized plan based on available evidence to help each patient meet their goals. I emphasize exercise, manual therapy, and education to help patients maximize function.
Why UCHealth? First, I love working with the patients here! It is also wonderful to be at a place with a great group of providers within rehabilitation that collaborates to best meet patient needs. Additionally, UCHealth promotes education and maximizing provider skills to help us provide great care. Hobbies: Outside of PT, I spend my time traveling, hiking, and skiing with my husband, Marty. Around town, I have recently been dabbling in hockey leagues and reading anything I can get my hands on.

I work with patients with orthopedic and/or neurological diagnoses. Current areas of emphasis include concussion, post-operative care, and addressing underlying muscle imbalances and movement patterns leading to chronic overuse injuries.
