Heather Schnorr is originally from Fort Collins, Colorado. She completed her Bachelor of Science in nursing and Master of Science in nursing with family nurse practitioner focus from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. Before transitioning to family practice, Heather worked primarily in trauma for 5 years.
Heather believes that compassionate and competent providers make a difference to the patient experience, and she strives to be both with the patients she serves. When she isn’t at work, Heather enjoys reading, hiking, skiing, camping, spending time in nature, and spending time with her family. She loves working with our fantastic team of providers and health care professionals who truly value excellent patient care and well-being in all people.
