Un proveedor de medicamentos de CU.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am deeply committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care that honors each individual’s unique journey toward healing and growth. My practice integrates trauma-informed principles with evidence-based and innovative therapeutic approaches to support individuals, couples, and families in navigating life’s challenges and building resilience.

I believe in fostering self-efficacy and empowering patients to reconnect with their inner strengths. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where patients feel seen, heard, and supported. My work is grounded in modalities that are both research-driven and tailored to the specific needs of each patient.

As a licensed provider of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and a therapist on clinical trials, I am dedicated to exploring emerging treatments that offer transformative potential for healing, particularly in areas where traditional approaches may fall short. I approach this work with deep respect for the science, ethics, and humanity involved in these evolving modalities.

I also incorporate Animal-Assisted Therapy into my practice with the support of my certified therapy dog, a gentle and intuitive sheep-a-doodle. For patients who are open to it, him presence can offer a calming and emotionally supportive environment. AAT has been shown to reduce anxiety, enhance emotional regulation, and foster a sense of comfort and connection—especially for those working through trauma or relational challenges. Participation in AAT is entirely optional and based on each patient’s preferences and comfort level.

Above all, my goal is to walk alongside patients as they move toward greater clarity, connection, and well-being—helping them cultivate meaningful change and a more authentic life.

Outside of my clinical work, I find joy in exploring the outdoors and embracing all that Colorado has to offer. I love hiking, skiing, biking, and camping with family and friends—activities that keep me grounded and connected to nature. I’m also an avid reader and podcast enthusiast, always curious and engaged in learning. As a lifelong learner, I’m continually seeking new perspectives and knowledge, both professionally and personally.

Interés de investigación para los pacientes

My research interests center on the therapeutic potential of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy for psychological distress, existential exploration, and personal growth. I am particularly drawn to how these emerging treatments can support women through the aging process, offering new pathways for healing, meaning-making, and emotional resilience. Through my work in clinical trials, I aim to contribute to the development of safe, ethical, and effective psychedelic therapies that expand the possibilities for mental health care.
