Outside of caring for patients with allergies and immunological disorders, I enjoy the usual Colorado activities of hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing. During the warmer months of the year, you will find me tending to my garden where I grow fruits and vegetables that inspire my cooking and baking. Fortunately, there is always an excess to share with friends and neighbors.
