I believe that obtaining optimal health is a complex but achievable goal. It involves a partnership between the patient and the health care provider. Respect for an individual’s cultural diversity, physical, mental and spiritual health are critical in collaborating and developing an individualized plan of care. Health care is not one-size-fits-all. Each individual is unique. Health care providers who attentively listen to their patients obtain a wealth of knowledge and insight into developing a plan to achieve wellness.
My focus on holistic health is mirrored by UCHealth’s philosophy that recognizes and respects an individual’s cultural diversity as a key component in helping a patient to achieve their health care goals. I enjoy the practice of healing and recognize that it is an ancient and honorable service to offer humankind. Hobbies: Reading mysteries and science fiction, Harry Potter fan & Trekker, sewing, gardening, hiking, skiing, and most importantly spoiling my grandchildren. Family information: My husband Jerry and I have four adult children and six grandchildren. Although they are scattered across the United States, they are blessed to have a caring and close family.
