I have been fortunate to collect a wealth of experience and training that allows me to offer a variety of skills and techniques to ensure a client’s needs are met. I believe the therapeutic relationship can be very powerful and as an ally I offer a judgment-free, safe space zone. I operate from a cognitive behavioral approach pulling from many Cognitive Behavioral and EMDR techniques and protocols. I have also specialized in individuals struggling with treatment resistant depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, self-harming behaviors, and personality disorders. I look forward to working with you!

I have lived in the Colorado Springs area for the past 26 years and consider Colorado my home. I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2005 from Springfield College in Springfield Massachusetts. I became a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado in 2008.
