I believe health care is a human right and that everyone deserves a family physician to help guide them to their healthiest self. Excellent health care starts with the doctor-patient relationship and creating a trusting bond. One of my main goals as a family physician is to establish a meaningful, long-lasting connection with my patients. I strive to provide evidence-based quality care. I strongly believe in the power of vaccines, cancer screening, seat-belt and helmet use, judicious use of antibiotics and exercise.

I look forward to teaching and empowering my patients to take the lead in their own health and wellness.

In my spare time, I enjoy almost all outdoor activities: ultra/trail running, cross-country skiing, improving my downhill skiing skills, snowboarding, cycling with my family, gardening, cheering on my son’s soccer team, watching and cheering on professional soccer. I also enjoy sewing, learning how to cross stitch and listening to an array of podcasts.
